Tihio Race 2023

The Tihio Race is celebrating 10 years of mountain running and mountain biking in Tihio, in the Dorida municipality of Central Greece. With the first races scheduled for 5-7 May, the Tihio Race invites lovers of sports and nature to test their strength on the beautiful trails of Tihio. Offering a variety of routes for every ability, the race is aimed at both professional and amateur athletes and anyone who wishes to discover the magic of mountain racing in an event combining nature, sports and culture.

• Tihio Stage Race «Ermis Theocharopoulos» 100km in 3 days - D+ 5.350m (05 – 07/5/2023)
• Wolf’s Race 51km - D+ 2.850m (06/5/2023)
• Deer’s Race 30km - D+ 1.530m (07/5/2023)
• Hawk’s Race 20km - D+ 900m (07/5/2023)
• Rabbit’s Race 10km - D+ 400m (07/5/2023)
• 15km course for Athletes with Disabilities (07/5/2023)
  (Open to disabled athletes and their escorts who have taken part in wheelchair races and are capable of covering the demanding 15-kilometre distanced and the relevant ascent and descent.)

Tihio Race Trail Running (May 2023)

Tihio Stage Race "Hermes Theocharopoulos" 100km: 120€

Wolf's Race 51km: 50€

Deer's Race 30km: 30€

Hawk's Race 20km: 20€

Rabbit's Race 10km: 15€

The 15km race for disabled athletes requires only registration (no cost).

The registration fee includes an entry package for each race.

Transportation is available from and to Athens for some races (at an additional cost of 10€). The option is available during registration.
